It's made of 100% crisp, lightweight, twill cotton, with a square black patch with anchors stitched in y yellow. The hatband is covered in black cotton with a gold elastic band on the front, fastened by gold cotton covered buttons. The bill of the hat is covered in a shiny patent leather-style material. The inside of the hatband is covered in thinly padded cotton for comfort. ONE SIZE FITS MOST with adjustable plastic snaps.
