The USMC FILBE (Family of Improved Load Bearing Equipment) Pack was designed to be the standard issue upgrade for a load carry system and used in conjunction with body armor. The big improvement was a better more comfortable way to carry heavy loads for active field use. The USMC pack system has a more conventional internal frame with a lot of structural back padding. The shoulder and heavy duty him belts are adjustable to almost any size. The pack material is made of very durable waterproof coated nylon and made to take abuse. The main pack is separated by a removable divider into a 3400 cu. in. main compartment and a 1600 cu. in. lower compartment for a sleeping bag or other gear. MOLLE is throughout the pack to add sustainment pouches, external hydration or any gear you need. If you are looking for a durable full size pack to go and do long excursions, prepping or hunting this is a perfect pack.

What you should know about Grade #3 Turn-in Gear

We offer this gear as a great budget option if you can do some of the repairs yourself. Each item may have different issue and this gear will need repair from either a rip, hole, split seam, broken buckle, or zipper. Turn-In gear also allows soldiers to replace lost items they need to turn into supply during discharge. Many customers also purchase Grade #3 Turn-in gear to repurpose its high-quality parts or fabric. Be creative and have fun with it! This gear is a final sale and will not qualify for exchange for refund.
