Complete USGI First Aid Kit with Pouch


The original Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) pouches first saw issue during the Vietnam war. Issued initially to Marines and later the Army, the pouch was designed to carry a IFAK plastic box containing medical supplies.
The pouch can be easily opened or closed with sturdy dual snap domes. It can be attached to any ALICE system with dual ALICE clips on the back.

Supplies may vary. All items are unused and in packaging, however they were manufactured 20+ years ago. We do not guarantee all items will be useable.
