Used US Army Multicam/OCP IFAK II PouchThe Soldiers Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) II consists of two separate pieces. The main pouch has MOLLE straps on the back and is designed to attach any M.O.L.L.E vest, belt, pack, or anything with MOLLE webbing on it, and the inner pouch, or insert, that actually holds all the medical gear, can be removed from the outer pouch from either side by pulling on one of the two tabs (on either side of the main pouch), and slipping it out of its case. The inner pouch remains attached to the case by an elastic tether so it cannot be left behind.
The pouches are in used good condition. The words US IFAK that are on the outer case are faded, and the labels on the insert describing what each place holds, may be there or not. Besides this, they are in good shape. Some surface dirt, no rips or holes.
