USGI OCP IFAK II INSERT - Used
The USGI IFAK II Insert in OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) is genuine U.S. military issue — the organizational panel that lives inside the Army's Improved First Aid Kit II carrier. Pulled from service and offered in used condition, each insert has honest field-use character and the real contract markings that collectors, reenactors, and working-end users look for.
Built as a fold-out organizer, the insert lays flat to give an operator or medic immediate visual access to every component of the IFAK II kit. Internal elastic retainers and hook-and-loop tabs are screen-printed with their contents — EYE SHIELD, GLOVE, BANDAGE, AIRWAY, BANDAGE, MARKER, and TAPE — so items can be located and deployed under stress without hunting through loose contents. A webbing waist/leg strap system with a side-release-style adjuster allows the insert to be secured during transfer or used independently from its outer carrier.
Condition
Sold in used condition. Expect honest field-use character — surface soiling, faded print, light fraying at webbing ends, and hardware patina consistent with service. Medical contents are not included; this listing is for the insert panel only.
