USGI Type 2 Casualty/Survival BlanketThe Casualty Blanket, Type 2 is a compact, lightweight version of its bigger brother the Type 1. Small enough to fit your pocket, first aid kit, or survival kit, the Type 2 Casualty Blanket is designed to help stabilize your core temperature in an emergency. Casualty Blankets have a shiny aluminized side designed to reflect heat and IR signatures, and can be used to protect against both hyper- and hypothermia.
