Used US Army Multicam/OCP IFAK II Pouch-EmptyThe Soldiers Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) II consists of two separate pieces. The main pouch has MOLLE straps on the back and is designed to attach any M.O.L.L.E vest, belt, pack, or anything with MOLLE webbing on it, and the inner pouch(NOT INCLUDED), or insert(NOT INCLUDED), that actually holds all the medical gear, can be removed from the outer pouch from either side by pulling on one of the two tabs (on either side of the main pouch), and slipping it out of its case. The inner pouch remains attached to the case by an elastic tether so it cannot be left behind.
The pouch is in Grade 2 condition (stains, markings, dirt, small holes/repairs possible). The words US IFAK that are on the outer case are faded.
